BADGIS (SW) – Three people, including a child, have died and eight others injured in a traffic incident in Badghis province, officials confirmed.
Abdulmanan Mohammadi, the Head of Traffic Incidents of Badghis Traffic Management, says that the incident occurred on Wednesday evening on Moqor-Qala-e-Naw road.
The incident happened as a result of a collision between two high-speed cars.
Officials added that the wounded individuals have been transferred for treatment to the Qala-e-Naw Provincial Hospital, the center of Badghis.
