TALOQAN CITY (SW) – A recreational park in Taloqan, the center of Takhar province has been reconstructed at a cost of one million Afghanis.
The recreational park is located in the 4th district of Taloqan city and the cost for the reconstruction was paid by Taloqan Municipality.
Hayatullah Safari, the spokesperson for the municipality of Taloqan says that the park is equipped with lights and a modern irrigation system.
On the other hand, the residents of Taloqan express their satisfaction with the reconstruction of this park, stating that in the past, it had turned into a dumping ground for garbage.
