LASHKARGAH (SW) – Officials at the Ministry of Public Health say that in the last year and a half, 140 new health centers have been built in different parts of this province.
Qalandar Ebad, Acting Minister of Public Health, stated this information during his trip to Helmand.
Acting Minister of Public Health said that 140 health centers in Helmand have been built and renovated and put into operation. During this trip, Mr. Ebad also visited provincial and emergency hospitals in Helmand.
Acting Minister of Public Health, while visiting these health centers, called the shortage of doctors and professors in the health sector a gap and assured that more attention will be paid to Helmand in this regard.
Acting Minister of Public Health, during his visit to Helmand, visited the health centers of several districts of this province and assured of comprehensive cooperation in the health sector.
