KABUL (SW) – The Ministry of Education has inked a deal with the Administrative Reforms and Civil Services Commission to facilitate the official documentation process.

He emphasized that so far this department has signed such a memorandum with 18 government institutions in order to simplify work processes.

According to officials in the ARCSC, some 176 processes have been simplified based on these memorandums. They mention some new trends in Kabul Municipality and the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs have satisfactorily prevented time wastage.

Saeed Ahmad Shahidkhel, deputy head of the Ministry of Education, welcomed this memorandum and assured the efforts for transparency and simplification of the work within the framework of the Ministry of Education would continue.

“Simplicity and transparency are important in an office. If the administrations are healthy and transparent, it will bring a system to its goals”.

Meanwhile, Noorul Haq Anwar, the general head of the Islamic Emirate’s caretaker government administrative affairs department, assured of efforts to prevent corruption and provide better services in various government institutions.

It should be mentioned that, due to the existence of bureaucracies in government offices, citizens have always complained about the time-consuming work processes at multiple stages. This is despite the fact that the electric/electronic governance system has not been institutionalized in many government offices, especially in the provinces.
