MONITORING (SW) – Rescue groups in Gaza report that 76 members of a large family have been killed in an Israeli air strike.

Mahmoud Bassil, spokesperson for the Gaza Civil Defense Ministry, affirms that the assault on a building in Gaza City on Friday, December 22, marked the deadliest incident from Israeli airstrikes.
Basel provided the Associated Press with a list of the deceased, revealing casualties among women and children, including 16 members of the Maghrib family who lost their lives.
Among the casualties are Essam al-Maghrabi, a seasoned employee of the United Nations Development Program, along with his wife and five children.
