According to him, as per the instructions of the Ministry of Education in Logar, the census of girls and boys in schools has been started, which will continue for one month, and the purpose of which is to determine the exact number of students.  The spokesperson of Logar education department added that after the census of students, the census of teachers and administrative staff will be conducted.

The residents of Logar have welcomed and supported the census started by the Ministry of Education. They insist that the problems of the students and teachers related to the education department of this province should be addressed.

According to a survey conducted in Logar during the previous republican regime, 150,000 students are studying in government schools, of which 40,000 are girls. It is worth noticing that girls above grade six are no longer allowed by the Islamic Emirate to study in public schools.
