KABUL (SW) – Zabihullah Mujahid, the spokesman of the Islamic Emirate, announced on his Twitter that Hedayatullah Badri, the Acting Minister of Finance, has been appointed as the acting head of the central bank, Da Afghanistan Bank.
Mr. Mujahid announced on Wednesday the appointment of Hedayatullah Badri in this new position.
Hedayatullah Badri was appointed as the Acting Minister of Finance after the return of the Islamic Emirate to power.
Previously, Mohammad Idris was the head of the DAB.
