MONITORING (SW) – At least five members of the Islamic Emirate’s security forces got killed in a road accident in Herat province.
According to the local sources, a number of people were injured in the incident, but the number of injured is still unknown. Sources added that this incident occurred due to overspending on the Islam Qala – Herat city route.
Meanwhile, Herat health officials say two bodies belonging to Islamic Emirate forces have been transferred to the provincial seminary.
Aref Jalali, chief physician at the Herat District Hospital, told Salam Watandar that ambulances had also been sent to the area to transport the wounded and other dead.
Local officials of the Islamic Emirate have not yet commented.
