GHAZNI CITY (SW) – A traffic accident in Ghazni province, Afghanistan, has resulted in seven casualties, including both fatalities and injuries.
The incident occurred on Tuesday evening, March 25, along the Kabul-Kandahar highway.
Khaled Sarhadi, spokesperson for the Ghazni Police Command, told Salam Watandar that the accident took place in the “Baraan Qala” area of Qarabagh district.
The incident occurred when a “Hilux” vehicle collided with a passenger car, a “Tunis” vehicle.
As a result of the crash, one person was killed, and six others were injured.
The injured individuals were transferred to the provincial hospital for treatment.
The spokesperson attributed the cause of the accident to driver negligence.
