KABUL (SW) – The United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Aid (OCHA) stated that the Britain has contributed 1.3 million US dollars to the Afghan Humanitarian Fund.
OCHA wrote in social media platform X; however has not determined in which sectors this fund would be spent.
Earlier, the Britain contributed 36.5 million dollars to the World Food Program (WFP) in Afghanistan to address the situation of needy in Afghanistan.
OCHA has previously announced that the organization needs three billion dollars to deal with the needy in Afghanistan.
