Now more than a thousand families live in this area, most of them are internally displaced people. They say that they immigrated to here almost 10 years ago because of the past wars and their children’s deprivation of education. But in this city, their children do not have access to education.

Shamsullah, another resident of the area, says: “I try to make my children study and have a future and not become illiterate like me, but unfortunately, there is no school in our area, the school is very far from us and they cannot go in hot weather.”

Officials of the Department of Education of Faryab confirm the lack of a school in this area and say that considering the needs of the residents, they have proposed to the Ministry of Education to build four elementary schools in the province, and one of these schools will be built in this area.

We asked the local people to file a request, they did it and we proposed it to the ministry.”

The officials of Faryab Department of Education emphasized that they are trying to build schools in all parts of this province for children who do not have access to education.
