SHEBERGHAN (SW) – Officials at the Jawzjan, Ministry of Promotion of Virtue and Prohibition of Evil, has announced that a “a black magic practitioner in Jawzjan has been sentenced to eight years in prison
Mohammad Akif Mohajer, the spokesperson of the Ministry of Promotion of Virtue and Prohibition of Evil, wrote on his Twitter handle that the Jawzjan court has sentenced and detained the convict to eight years in prison.
According to him, this man was introduced to the court of this province a while ago by the local directorate of the Ministry of Promotion of Virtu and Prohibition of Evil.
The spokesperson of the Ministry of Promotion of Virtue and Prohibition of Evil, by broadcasting this announcement, has also announced the continuation of the ministry’s activities in the field of preventing the activities such individuals.
Officials at the Ministry of Promotion of Virtue and Prohibition of Evil say that there is no problem with writing amulets and brewing as stated in Sharia law but according to them, some people are now doing business this way.
