Officials of the Ministry of Economy said that during the last one year, they canceled the licenses of 216 NGOs, four of which are foreign NGOs. At the same time, during the current year, the activities of some organizations have been suspended or reduced due to the prevention of Afghan women’s work in domestic and foreign NGOs.

Abdul Rahman Habib, the spokesperson of the Ministry of Economy, emphasized that 3,573 projects have reached the stage of implementation, the value of which reaches 1.6 billion afghanis. He said: “Of these projects 2,233 projects, which are 62 percent, covered agriculture, health, social security, infrastructure, fighting against natural disasters, governance, and education and training,” he said.

At the same time, the officials of the Ministry of Economy also said in this program that they had significant achievements in different fields during the last one year.
