No service to the nation in past one year, says Baradar

KABUL (SW) – Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar, Deputy for the heD of cabinet on economy, has said that during the last one year, the caretaker government of the Islamic Emirate has not provided basic services to the people.

He made these statements on Wednesday while speaking at the twenty-seventh exhibition of domestic products organized by the Ministry of Agriculture in Kabul.

Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar said in his speech in this meeting that the people are dissatisfied with the caretaker government of the Islamic Emirate and it is necessary to get their satisfaction by implementing basic plans.

During his speech, referring to the activities of the caretaker government of the Islamic Emirate during the past one year, he said, “We have done things as an example to the nation and you must accept this. The nation is dissatisfied with us. We have them to be satisfied.”

He asked the businessmen to invest in the country and contribute to its development.

Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar also called on the caretaker government officials that each of them should fulfill their responsibilities properly and added that facilities should be created for the people.

He explained that the mines of Afghanistan should be used properly and in this way the people and the country can achieve self-sufficiency. According to him, if Afghanistan is facing a lack of cash, it is rich in minerals and basic work should be done to explore it.

At the same time, in this meeting, the second economic deputy of the Prime Minister, Abdulsalam Hanafi, said that basic works have not been done in the field of agriculture in the country, and according to him, whatever works have been done are not sufficient.

He expressed confidence that the air corridor has been opened for the export of domestic products and Afghanistan will send its domestic products to other countries through this route.

At the same time, the second deputy of the Prime Minister dismissed as false all the rumors that security is bad in Afghanistan and people are being harassed.
