KABUL (SW) – The head of prisons in the former government has returned to Afghanistan, said an Islamic Emirate officials.
Ahmadullah Wasiq, the spokesperson of the Commission for Contact with Afghan Personalities, announced on his Twitter today that Ahmad Rashid Totakhil, the general director of prisons in the previous government, has returned to the country.
He wrote that Totakhil returned to the country from Turkey today with the efforts of the mentioned commission.
Several officials of the previous government have returned to the country through the contact commission with Afghan personalities.
