This, he said, reflects the development and strengthening of bilateral relations.

He emphasized that China’s cooperation with Afghanistan will continue.
Abdul Salam Hanafi, the Administrative Deputy of the Islamic Emirate’s Office of the Prime Minister, expressed gratitude for China’s efforts to assist Afghan migrants and for its support of Afghanistan’s position in international meetings.
The newsletter also quoted Mr. Hanafi: “China, as a good neighbor, has maintained trade, economic, and political relations with Afghanistan for many years, and no significant issues have arisen between the two countries. Rather, both sides have worked to strengthen and develop these ties, and we hope that the relationship between the two countries will continue to expand and grow stronger in the future.”
Hanafi also welcomed Chinese investments in various sectors in Afghanistan and urged China to collaborate in the production of electricity and the equipping of hospitals and health centers with modern machinery.
He further stated that the Islamic Emirate seeks good relations with all countries, particularly neighboring ones, and urges them to maintain positive relations with Afghanistan.
