Ten Chinese tourists visit Herat province

HERAT CITY (SW) – Ten Chinese tourists, including men and women have visited Herat province located in western part of Afghanistan, said officials.

Rahmatullah Mohammadi, the tourism director of Herat’s Directorate of Information and Culture, tells Salaam Watandar that these tourists came to Herat on Thursday, and visited the historical places of this province.

He added that since the beginning of the solar year, more than 1000 foreign tourists have visited this province.

It should be mentioned that Herat province, having 800 historical and ancient monuments, has attracted the attention of many foreign tourists.
