KABUL (SW) – Mohammad Yaqub Mujahid, Acting Minister of National Defense, and Fasihuddin Fitrat, the de-facto government’s Army Chief of Staff, have met with Qatar’s Minister of Defense, Khalid bin Mohammad Al Attiyah.
On Tuesday, the Ministry of National Defense (MoND) wrote on X, saying that the bilateral relations and the expansion of “Afghanistan’s interests” and Qatar have been discussed in this meeting.
The MoND added that some of other high-ranking officials of both countries were also present in this meeting.
On an official trip, Mohammad Yaqub Mujahid and Fasihuddin Fitrat went to Qatar on Sunday.
