Baradar leaves for Tehran on official invitation from Tehran

KABUL (SW) – Abdul Ghani Baradar, the Economic Deputy of the Islamic Emirate’s Prime Minister’s Office, at the head of a high-ranking government delegation, has left for Tehran at the official invitation of Iran.

An official statement said that during this trip, Abdul Ghani Baradar and his delegation will touch upon bilateral relations, trade, transit, transportation, infrastructure, railway, regional connectivity, increasing trade through Chabahar port, developing Afghanistan’s share in Chabahar port and developing economic cooperation between the two countries.

It said that Mr. Baradar will also encourage the Iranian government and the private sector of this country to invest in agriculture, mining, transportation and industry during his visit.
