Islamic Emirate rejects Pakistani FM’s remarks

KABUL (SW) – The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan authorities have rejected remarks by Pakistan’s Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari about surge in terrorist attacks.

In an interview with the Al Jazeera news channel that was broadcast recently, Zardari said that after the return of the Islamic Emirate to power in Afghanistan, Pakistan has faced various terrorist attacks. Although he expressed concern about the increase in attacks on Pakistan after the re-establishment of the Islamic Emirate, he has invited the world to interact with the Islamic Emirate towards mainstreaming Afghanistan again.

Bilal Karimi, one of the deputy spokespersons of the Islamic Emirate, told Salam Watandar that he appreciates any effort to interact with the Islamic Emirate, but emphasized that the Islamic Emirate wants peace and stability in the entire region. “Pakistan’s internal problems have nothing to do with Afghanistan. Peace and stability have been ensured in Afghanistan after the arrival of the Islamic Emirate. The Islamic Emirate, which wants security for its own country, also wants stability and security for other countries.”

After the return of the Islamic Emirate to power, Pakistan witnessed countless bloody attacks, and Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) has taken responsibility for most of these attacks. This is a group that is said to have a close relationship with the Islamic Emirate. According to experts, besides being worried about the threats of Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan, Pakistan is trying to use this issue in world politics for point scoring.
