TALUQAN (SW) – The local authorities in Takhar have banned the group sightseeing of women during the days of Eid al-Fitr.
The executive management of Takhar guidance, hajj and awqaf directorate said in a statement that it is forbidden for women to visit around in groups during the days of Eid al-Fitr.
In the statement, women are asked not to go to the houses of the dead to pray on Eid days, and the preachers of the mosques in this province are also asked to read the congratulatory message of Hebatullah Akhundzadeh, the leader of the Islamic Emirate, in the Eid al-Fitr sermon.
In the notice, the residents of Takhar are advised to refrain from illegal games such as egg fighting, chicken fighting, gambling and other games on Eid days.
In this statement, it is also stated that the sale and use of firecrackers during Eid al-Fitr is strictly prohibited.
