Herati student tops Kankor tests

KABUL (SW) – The National Board of Examinations announced the results of this year’s university entrance test ‘Kankor’ here on Saturday.

As per the results, a student named Sulaiman son of Ghulam Jilani from Herat province has been declared the topper with overall score of 355.4204.

Also, based on the announced results, a student named Mohammad Shabir son of Nazer Hussain from Kabul has been declared the second after obtaining 355,328 marks.

Also, another student named Hedayatullah from Herat has won the third place with 354 marks.

Abdul Qadir Khomeosh, the head of the National Examinations Agency, told the meeting about the announcement of the results of this year’s Kankor examination that those who did not find their way to the faculty of their choice in the examination can enroll for the secondary tests.

According to him, the strategy for this process will be revealed later.

On the other hand, the head of the National Examinations Agency added that those who have a complaint about the results of the Kankor exam can submit their complaint to the said agency through a forum and they will investigate it.

Based on the information of the National Examinations Agency, over 160 thousand students participated in this year’s Kankor examination. According to the said agency, the participants of the exam can check their results online.
