KABUL (SW) – A $ 40 million worth of aid grant has been received, said Da Afghanistan Bank on Tuesday.
The Da Afghanistan Bank announced on Tuesday that an aid package of 40 million US dollars has arrived in Kabul.
This bank said that this second package of 40 million dollars arrived today and has been deposited to one of the commercial banks. “In the current week, this is the second time that the package of cash aid reaches Afghanistan and it is deposited at one of the country’s commercial banks.”
The DAB has appreciated the humanitarian assistance of the international community and asked them to interact and cooperate with Afghanistan in other fields and help the people of Afghanistan in this way.
The central bank said that the flow of foreign currency into Afghanistan is a good step in any fundamental way and has asked the international community to provide their assistance through the Afghan banking sector.
