Pakistani troops kill an Afghan citizen in Angor Ada

SHARANA (SW) – Local officials in Paktika province told Salam Watandar that Pakistani troops shot dead an Afghan man in the Angor Ada area overnight.

Mohammad Amin Huzaifa, Paktika’s director of information and culture, told Salam Watandar that the incident took place in the Angor Ada area on the this side of the Durand Line, and that the dead man was a resident of Janikhel district in Paktika province.

Huzaifa added that the dead Afghan had crossed into Pakistan and had been shot and killed by Pakistani troops.

At the same time, according to him, the forces of the Islamic Emirate took the body of the deceased to the provincial hospital to be handed over to his family.

Residents of Paktika are outraged by the incident caused by Pakistani troops and want the Islamic Emirate to appoint a delegation to investigate the incident.
