KABUL (SW) – The top Islamic Emirate leadership has approved the establishment of “Jihadi” schools in Afghanistan.
Zabihullah Mujahid, spokesman for the Islamic Emirate, confirmed to Salam Watandar that Hebatullah Akhundzada, the leader of the Islamic Emirate, had issued a decree for establishing and using “Jehadi schools” in the country.
According to him, this decision was taken in order to complete the religious education and support of the members of the Islamic Emirate who did not continue their education during the war.
Recently, a decree attributed to Hebatullah Akhundzada, the leader of the Islamic Emirate, was issued, which instructed on the establishment and use of jihadist schools in the country.
According to the decree, each jihadi school must have at least 16 members, including officials, teachers and service personnel.
In part of this decree, it is stated that in each school, three sheikhs of hadith with a monthly salary of 25,000 afghanis, three sheikhs of the endowment with a salary of 20,000 afghanis, three officials as masters of arts with a salary of 15,000 afghanis, one as a professor of Dar al-Hifaz with a salary of 20,000 afghanis and four people should be hired as drivers and cooks with a salary of 15,000 afghanis.
In this decree, the leader of the Islamic Emirate has stated that 500 to 1000 students should be enrolled in each school with a daily subsistence of 150 afghanis.
According to the decree, the officials and staff of the jihadi schools in the country, which will operate according to the quorum of the Islamic Emirate, will receive about twice as much salary and perks as the teachers and officials of the public schools
