Representative of UNHCR Afghanistan visited Salam Afghanistan Media Organization (Salam Watandar Radio Network) in Kabul.
During the visit, the discussions focused on this Radio Network’s role in news coverage across Afghanistan, particularly its extensive reach to around 22 million listeners in various provinces.
They also emphasized the important role of organization’s journalists in covering events and producing news content nationwide.
In the discussion, both sides focused on expanding joint cooperation to better amplify the voices of returnees and share their experiences.
The objective of this collaboration is to raise public awareness and strengthen the understanding of communities and supporting organizations regarding the situation and challenges faced by returnees.
