Security officials in Ghazni and Parwan have confirmed to Salam Watandar that traffic accidents in these two provinces, Afghanistan, have resulted in two deaths and 12 injuries.
Khaled Sarhadi, spokesperson for the Ghazni Police Command, reported that in the early hours of Thursday, multiple simultaneous traffic incidents occurred in “Nani” village of Andar district and along the Kabul-Kandahar highway, leaving one person dead and 11 others injured.
The accidents were attributed to icy road conditions on the Kabul-Kandahar highway following heavy snowfall.

Meanwhile, Fazl al-Rahim Miskinyar, spokesperson for the Parwan Police Command, stated that at around 2:00 AM early Thursday morning, a collision between two vehicles in Do-Sarak-e-Hofyan Sharif, an area in the provincial capital, resulted in one fatality and one injury.
The cause of this incident was attributed to driver negligence.
