KABUL (SW) – Sweden has donated 6.8 million dollars to Afghanistan Humanitarian Fund (AHF).
The United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) in Afghanistan has disclosed this information on Sunday, via its X account, however, did not specify the allocation of these funds.
OCHA noted that Sweden is the fourth-largest donor to the humanitarian fund for Afghanistan.
According to OCHA’s data, Sweden has contributed over $85 million to the humanitarian fund for Afghanistan since 2014.
Previously, several countries, including Canada, the United Kingdom, Spain, and Switzerland, have also made contributions to Afghanistan humanitarian fund.
