MONITORING (SW) – Azerbaijan plans to open its embassy in Kabul by 2024, Azerbaijani media reported.
According to reports, the Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan, Jihon Bayramov, has made this announcement on Friday, December 29, during a press conference in Baku.
