KUNDUZ (SW) – Local sources in Kunduz have reported a fire in the center of this province causing losses.
Sources say that this incident happened around 10:30 a.m. in “Bander Imam Sahib” area of this province.
The sources added that this fire cost the shopkeepers more than two million afghanis worth of losses. According to the sources, fire brigades have reached the place of the incident and are reaching the fire.
Jumauddin Khaksar, the spokesman of the Kunduz security command, said the blaze hit the “Malbazar” area in the center of this province. The spokesman of the Kunduz security command aadded hat the fire was caused by the explosion of a gas balloon and that three markets had caught fire by that time.
