KABUL (SW) – Kabul security officials have confirmed that unknown gunmen have killed Mursal Nabizada, a former member of the Wolesi Jirga (lower house), in Kabul city.
Khalid Zadran, the spokesman of the Kabul Security Command, has said that Mursal Nabizada, a former member of the WJ, was shot dead by unknown gunmen, along with a bodyguard, in her house in the “Ahmed Shah Baba Mina” area of the 12th Security District of Kabul.
The spokesperson of the Kabul Security Command added that a brother of Ms Nabizada was also wounded in this incident. According to Mr. Zadran, efforts have begun to arrest the perpetrators of this incident.
No person or group has yet taken responsibility for this incident.
