KANDAHAR CITY (SW) – Fighting has broken out between forces of the Islamic Emirate and the Pakistani military along the supposed Durand Line in Spinboldak district of Kandahar province.
A source in Kandahar, who did not want to be named, told Salam Watandar that this conflict occurred in the “Shiro Ubu” area and along the supposed Durand Line when the forces of the Islamic Emirate were establishing a checkpoint in this area and Pakistani soldiers fired at them.
According to the source, the conflict is still ongoing.
Meanwhile, the local authorities of Kandahar have not yet denied or confirmed the conflict between the forces of the Islamic Emirate and the Pakistani military in Spinboldak.
It should be noted that in the past one month, this is the second time that a clash has occurred between the forces of the Islamic Emirate and the Pakistani military along the Durand Line in Spinboldak district of Kandahar and Dandpatan district of Paktia province.
