KHOST CITY (SW) – A land dispute in Khost has claimed the life of a person and injured 10 others.
Security officials of Khost say that on Thursday night, there was a fight between two families on a patch of land in this province, as a result of which one person was killed and 10 others were injured.
Mostaghofi Gurbaz, the spokesman of the Khost security command, told Salam Watandar that the conflict took place in Sabri district. He added that in this incident, 10 people were wounded on both sides and one person was killed.
The spokesperson of the Khost security command said that the security forces have arrested several accused persons on the charge of murder and the investigation is going on with them.
This is not the first time that a conflict has occurred on land in Khost, but similar incidents have occurred in this province before and have also left casualties.
