A group of Afghan expats return from Europe

KABUL (SW) – A group of Afghan expats have returned from Europe to Afghanistan with an aim to serve their motherland, said officials on Monday.

This group called “Mukhlesin” announced its return to the country at a press conference in Kabul. A number of members of the group said on the occasion that their number reaches seven and that they have returned to the country to consult with the Islamic Emirate on various issues.

Abdul Matin Safi, a member of the group, said they had returned to the country to consult on governance, progress management, economic freedom and national solidarity with the Islamic Emirate.

He added that all the members of this group who have returned to the country have experience in various fields in different European countries and can give good advice to the Islamic Emirate.

Faizullah Jalili, another member of the group, said at the meeting that there were 200 specialists in the group, about seven of whom had returned to the country, and that this number would increase in the future.

Meanwhile, Ahmadullah Wasiq, a spokesman for the repatriation commission , said that dozens of Afghan nationals who had left the country had contacted the commission so far, including political figures and governors.

“So far, dozens of people who used to work at senior positions in the previous regime have made contacts and we will share details with the media in the near future,” he added.

Members of the Mukhlesin Group call on all those who have gone abroad to return to Afghanistan and work for the betterment of their country.
