According to the head of the Ministry of Public Health, the government is using all available capacities to purchase the vaccine, but low vaccine production and competition have plagued third world countries.

The fungal infection caused by exposure to mucor mould is commonly found in soil, plants, manure, and decaying fruits and vegetables. The condition mainly affects people who have a weak immune system causing loss of eyesight, removal of the nose and jaw bone.
