KABUL (SW) – The Ministry of Public Health announced that 16 people lost their lives overnight due to the coronavirus in past 24 hours.
The ministry said in its daily report that 1,636 suspected patients had been tested in the past 24 hours, with a positive result of 201. According to a report by the Ministry, 83 patients recovered in the same period.
The MoPH said since the beginning of the spread of the virus, 51,089 people across the country have been infected with the virus and 2,105 people have died as a result of the infection.
Also, 39,784 people have been diagnosed since the onset of the virus. The Ministry figures showed 184,235 people have been tested for coronavirus across the country so far.
