Officials in Ukraine say Russia has carried out missile and drone attacks on parts of the country. Reuters reported that Kyiv, the capital of Ukraine, was hit early today by the Russian military.
Kharkiv, Ukraine’s second-largest city, also faced several drone attacks, according to the city administration.
Reports say four people were injured and residential buildings were damaged.
The attacks come ahead of the second round of Ukraine-Russia peace talks, set for next week in Abu Dhabi, the capital of the United Arab Emirates.
