NIMROZ (SW) – Sources in Nimroz have told Salam Watandar that there has been a clash between Afghan and Iranian security forces in the border area of this province.
According to the source, it is not yet known what caused this clash, but has added that Iranian forces have launched missile attacks on Zaranj city.
At the same time, sources added that many families from the old airport area of Nimroz city, Zaranj, have left the area due to the fear of missile attacks by Iranian forces.
The source also said that there is still a fierce battle between the forces of Iran and Afghanistan.
Nimroz local officials and the government officials in Kabul have not yet said anything about this.
