GARDEZ (SW) – A tribal feud between two families in Paktia province has claimed two lives and left 7 people injured, confirmed officials.
The security officials of Paktia confirmed that as a result of the conflict between two families in Zarmat district of this province, 2 people were killed and 7 people were injured.
Omar Badri, the spokesman of the Paktia Security Command, told Salam Watandar that a fight took place between two families on the road at around 7:00 this morning in the “Kulalag” area of Zarmat district of this province.
The spokesman of the Paktia Security Command added that as a result of this conflict, 2 people were killed and 7 others were wounded.
According to Omar Badri, the injured have been taken to Gardiz city hospital for treatment. He says that the condition of 4 injured people is serious.
