Islamic Emirate holds a large gathering in Kandahar

KANDAHAR (SW) – The Islamic Emirate authorities held a large gathering of religious scholars in Kandahar province.

Religious scholars, ethnic elders, some officials of the previous government and dozens of others have participated in this meeting.

The state broadcaster RTA stated on its Twitter that about 3,000 religious scholars, ethnic elders, politicians and representatives of different classes participated in this meeting.

It has been said that the officials of the Islamic Emirate, including Hebatullah Akhundzada, top leader of the Islamic Emirate, will participate in this meeting. The purpose of this meeting is to support the Islamic Emirate system.

The Islamic Emirate held a big meeting in Kabul a while ago under the name of “Afghan Scholars’ Big Gathering”. At the end of this meeting, which lasted for three days, the participants announced their support for the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan by presenting an 11-point resolution.

According to the resolution, the participants pledged allegiance to Hebatullah Akhundzada, the leader of the Islamic Emirate. It should be noted that no country has yet recognized the Islamic Emirate.
