Five government agencies sign cooperation deals

KABUL (SW) – Five government agencies on Tuesday signed cooperation agreements and memoranda of understanding to facilitate the work process.

The Office of Administrative Reform and Civil Service today signed cooperation agreements with the Ministries of Refugees and Repatriation, Labor and Social Affairs, and memoranda of understanding with the Ministry of Higher Education and the Department of Technical and Vocational Education.

Officials in these departments said the process will simplify the work process, including hiring in departments, strengthening staff capacity, handling client complaints and transparently distributing humanitarian aid.

Baryalay Abdali, head of simplification of civil service administrative processes, said on the occasion that facilitating clients, improving service delivery and eliminating corruption are among the goals of signing these agreements and memoranda of understanding.

The head of simplification of administrative processes of civil services added that the process of simplification of work processes has practically started in a number of government departments.

Meanwhile, Ghulam Heidar Shahamat, head of the Technical and Vocational Education Department, said on the occasion that the process of simplifying work in government departments should be carried out in a transparent manner and in coordination with other institutions.
