Foreign ministers of Afghanistan’s neighboring countries to meet in China

MONITORING (SW) – Chinese State Councilor and Foreign Minister Wang Yi will host the third Meeting of Foreign Ministers of Afghanistan’s Neighboring Countries in China on March 30 and 31. Analysts said the meeting will focus on humanitarian assistance to the Afghan people and call on the US to return the Afghan people’s assets. 

UNSC urges Islamic Emirate to reopen girls schools

MONITORING (SW) – The United Nations Security Council has expressed deep concern over a decision by Afghanistan’s Taliban rulers to deny girls access to high school education and called on the group to reopen schools for female students without delay.
