China invites Muttaqi to attend neighbouring countries’ summit
Yue Xiaoyong, China’s Special Envoy for Afghanistan, has invited Amir Khan Muttaqi, the Acting Foreign Minister of the Islamic Emirate, to participate in the upcoming meeting of foreign ministers from Afghanistan’s neighbouring countries.
