AIHRC: Deadly Ghazni blast was caused by mortar shell
The Afghanistan Human Rights Commission on Saturday claimed the deadly blast in Ghazni that killed scores of civilians was caused by an un-exploded mortar, not explosives hidden in a motorcycle.
