SHEBERGHAN (SW): Gen. Abdul Rashid Dostum, First Vice President, left Kabul for Jawzjan on Tuesday to conduct military operation against the insurgents in Aqcha and Qushtaba districts.

He said that he has come in the province with specific program to carry out a “fateful” operation against the Taliban.

He added that the government has everything at its disposal to fully suppress the insurgents.

He believes that the Taliban’s fighting strategy has changed and that is why they have resorted to suicide attacks just to create panic among the citizens.
