QALAT (SW): A teenager has shot a girl named “Setara” dead before committing suicide in Zabul province.
Initial reports suggest the girl was on her way to school when she was shot by the boy.
Ghulam Jilani Farahi, provincial chief of police, told Salam Watandar that the incident took place in Shahr-Safa district of Zabul. “The motive behind the murder is not clear, police is investigating the incident”, informed Farahi.
This is first such incident of the sort in the province.
