KABUL (SW): A suicide car bomb targeted employee transportation vehicle of Ministry of Mines and Petroleum in police district 3 of Kabul in the early hours of Monday morning.
The deadly suicide attack claimed at least 36 lives. Based on the data provided by the Ministry of Public Health, most of the victims of Monday’s suicide attack are employees of the Ministry of Mines and Petroleum who were well-educated persons.
Najiba Hassani, an employee of the Ministry, who had obtained her post-graduation degree from Japan, is one of the victims of the suicide attack.
According to Wahidullah Majroh, the spokesman for the Ministry of Public Health, the identities of 7 victims of Monday’s suicide attack, are still unknown.
The authorities at the Ministry of Interior has said that the suicide attack damaged at least 3 vehicles, 15 shops and shattered windows of nearby buildings.
