KUNDUZ CITY (SW) – Local official sources in Kunduz province on Wednesday confirmed killing of at least 13 security forces in a coordinated attack by the Taliban insurgents.
The security sources in the province said the incident took place in the Arbab Khalil area of Imam Saheb district last night. The source confirmed 13 soldiers got killed and 5 others got killed in the Taliban attacks.
Meanwhile, the Ministry of Defense has claimed a Taliban attack was repulsed in the district killing ten members of the Taliban’s so-called Red Unit.
