KABUL(SW): At Around 5:40 pm today (Friday) suicide bombers attacked on Imam Zaman in the 13th district in Kabul which killed 32 and injured at least 40. Eye witnesses said that suicide bombers were 3 and two of them detonated their explosives vests and one was captured.
A reporter of Salamwatandar Radio Station quoting health officials from the site reported that as a result of these explosions about 32 people were killed and 40 others were injured whom were shifted to nearby hospitals.
According to the eye witnesses, women and children were also among those killed.
In a statement, President Ghani condemned the attack and said that perpetuators of such crimes deserve to be destroyed. It is stated in his statement that targeting people in holy places and elsewhere is a crime against humanity and is contrary to all Islamic values and human rights.
ISIL has taken responsibility for this attack.
