PUL-I-ALAM (SW) – At least seven civilians of a single family got killed in an air raid in Paktia province, a former provincial council member said on Tuesday.
Hafeezullah Mubarez, former PC member, said the incident took place in the Ali Sangi area of the Aryub Zazai district. He added a passenger car that was returning from a funeral ceremony was targeted in this air raid.
He added a doctor, three women and three children are among the victims.
Meanwhile, local officials have rejected this report. In a statement, the provincial administration said five militants were killed in the air raid in Aryub Zazai district.
